The story of a marketer who learned to code — and a builder who never stopped marketing.
I'm the VP of Marketing & Innovation at EquityMultiple, a CRE fintech in New York. I run a $6M+ growth budget with a 9.5:1 LTV:CAC ratio — and I build the AI systems my teams rely on every day. I build what I can't find.
My career started in growth marketing: paid acquisition, SEO, lifecycle, and conversion experiments. At HexaGroup I ran strategy for the agency's largest fintech and B2B retainers. I got early GPT-2 research access in 2019, before most marketers were thinking about AI, and never looked back.
At EquityMultiple I scaled the performance budget from $1.4M to $6M while holding CAC below $2,200 during an industry-wide contraction. I grew brand search share 101% while competitors declined 15–35%. Then I started building: a 12-agent LangGraph system that cut analyst prep time by 93%, 7+ MCP servers for workflow automation, and conversion experiments that drove 31% cumulative CVR lift.
I have an MBA from the University of Houston (Digital Marketing Management) and a BA from UT Austin (International Relations and Chinese). Currently based in Washington, 20 minutes from Portland.

Full-funnel strategy across paid acquisition, lifecycle, content, and partnerships. $6M+ annual budget with 9.5:1 LTV:CAC. Scaled budget 4x while holding CAC below $2,200.
12-agent LangGraph systems, hybrid semantic-BM25 RAG, 7+ MCP servers. Full-stack development from database to production deployment on Railway and Docker.
Selected and integrated 80%+ of EquityMultiple's current stack with a bias toward composable, API-first tools. Built self-reported attribution revealing hidden channel value.
Building growth teams across performance marketing, partnerships, and content. Founded an org-wide AI Task Force that became the largest cross-functional committee.
Every project begins with a clearly defined business problem. Technology is a means, not an end. The best tool is the one that solves the problem with the least complexity.
Prototypes are cheap. Production systems are valuable. I build things that go live — with proper auth, error handling, CI/CD, and monitoring — not demos that collect dust.
Marketing without data is guessing. Engineering without metrics is hope. Every initiative gets clear KPIs before it starts and honest evaluation when it ends.
